Network of women pushes for more rights
Betty Makoni, a Zimbabwean who suffered sexual abuse and discrimination as a 6-year old, today is an activist who helps other victims seek justice. She is part of a growing global network that is lobbying leaders in the U.S. and elsewhere to promote women's rights and education and to work against gender-based violence.
